Review Board has support for Perforce repositories built-in. Setup is easy! All you need to know is your Perforce server address and credentials. You can even enable ticket-based authentication with just one click.
RBTools makes it simple to post code reviews for a Perforce changeset right from your command prompt, like so:
$ rbt post 123
