Review Board 3.0.6 Release Notes¶
Release date: April 10, 2018
Web API¶
Added a new
publish_as_owner=1
argument to Review Request Draft Resource to publish on behalf of the owner instead of the logged-in user.Publishing the first draft of a review request using Review Request Draft Resource now sends e-mails/notifications as the review request owner and not logged-in user.
This was a regression in 3.0.
Bug Fixes¶
Review Requests¶
Publishing a review request after using
rbt post --submit-as=
no longer sends e-mails as the logged-in user.Prior to 3.0, the e-mails would be sent as the user passed to
--submit-as
, and this broke in 3.0. The original behavior has been restored.Fixed automatically growing or shrinking the size of text fields when adding or removing lines.
Fixed immediately updating the “Ship It!” text on a review when revoking the Ship It.
E-Mail¶
Fixed a regression where relative URLs instead of absolute URLs were being used in some links in e-mails.
Bazaar¶
Fixed problems looking up revisions when the configured server timezone wasn’t set to UTC.
GitLab¶
Fixed problems fetching files using GitLab API version 4.
Depending on the criteria used to fetch files, the wrong API request was being issued.
Mercurial¶
Fixed showing the wrong dates/times when browsing Mercurial commits if the server timezone wasn’t set to UTC.
Local Sites¶
Fixed redirecting from the root of a Local Site to the user’s dashboard.
Fixed linking to user pages on a Local Site from the Dashboard and other datagrid pages.
